Controlling Diabetes : -

Diabetes can be controlled through effective management of the balance of sugar (or glucose) and insulin, to enable your body to function well. Your Physician and health care team will tailor an individualized therapy routine to your need. This may include special attention to your diet, a plan for exercise, and possibly medication in the form of injections of insulin or pills to be taken orally. The diet plan will help you control your intake of food as well as your weight. The amount of exercise you do will determine the rate at which your body demands sugar to produce energy, and insulin will regulate how fast and effectively the sugar is used to meet your needs for energy.
